Peel off and chop finely raw mango, discard seed
Bring it to cook soft by adding 1 cup of water, and salt.
Take off flame, allow it to warm, grind smoothly and strain it, add sufficient water.
Bring it to boil finely, check and adujst salt and water.
Heat a pan, add cooking oil, mustard seeds, jeera, red chilli, let it splutter.
Add asafoetida and curry leaves, take off flame.
Add temper into boiling saaru, serve malnadu monsoon special as soup or saaru with hot rice.
